Deb's project will consider the contribution that the development of a minimum standard of training might have on the effectiveness of an Incident Management Team. She will also look at the impact of volunteerism on Incident Management Team effectiveness.
Training areas investigated will include technical tools application and non-technical human behaviour (team and leadership) skill development.
