Risk assessment analogues in hazard management

Peter Weiske's PhD project is looking at risk assessment analogues in hazard management.  The principal area of investigation is an iterative inquiry into realised community expectations and unrealised outcomes as a result of policy and planning decisions in emergency response operations during significant bushfire events.

He is looking at how policy was determined and developed and what risk assessment analogues were used and why.
