| Abstract | This report summarises the main studies and findings of ‘The Information Processing Under Stress: Community Reactions’ project, which was carried out between January 2011 and June 2014. This project was funded by the Bushfire CRC and sits within the research stream called ‘Communicating Risk’. The project had a focus on improving the understanding of how residents living in bushfire (i.q. wildfire) prone areas can be motivated to prepare better for the bushfire season and make better decisions when a fire threatens their community. |
