Katrina Luckie is a manager and stakeholder engagement specialist in the Adaptation and Resilience Division of the NSW Reconstruction Authority. She leads engagement with business and industry partners to support post‑disaster reconstruction and long‑term adaptation initiatives. Katrina has extensive executive experience across economic development, sustainability, environmental planning, governance and community resilience. She holds First Class Honours in Applied Science, with applied research expertise in quantitative analysis of environmental–human interactions, informing her evidence‑based approach to resilience program design and delivery.
